The way to a great user experience is through a great usability. There are some things that are important for great usability.

The five factors listed in the infographic are important to create  great usability in a system or website.   1. Yes, I very agree to this 5 important factors that are for better usability! Sure they are relevant, every each factor can link up to each other and make the whole process of usability become better. If you take out one of them, I sure you will find that there is something wrong while using the system.

    1. Thank you, glad to hear that. I think usability is one of the most important factors in todays companies. There’s always some frustration over some system or website that does not work as intended.

  2. Thanks for this post. The 5 factors are definitely relevant when you are building your website. At first glance they sound pretty easy but it may take some time to get it right (especially for beginners). First you should understand the concepts and how to apply them.

    1. I guess it sound simple:) And it should be, still there, even today, is a lot of systems and web sites out there where it seems like its hard, unfortunately. These five things alone does not bring usability to a site but its great start to keep them in mind. Its other activities needed to as usertesting and other activities. Thanks for visiting!

  4. Thanks for sharing this infographic. I especially love the feedback component. I just hate it when I click on an action button and I do not get a confirmation or something to say that my actions are completed and I am all done, or registered, etc. Nice job.

    1. Yes its important, but still: many sites does not have it… And it’s frustrating and might cause that users does not return.
